Just purchased our second 5 lb. batch of the salmon burger mix. Add a couple eggs and some bread crumbs, and sautee up these yummy patties. Great on a soft roll with a thin slice of havarti and some red onion, a little tartar sauce. A wonderful, light meal!

We made the patties adding s and p, some fresh basil, a bit of onion ,an egg and some Cholula. They were not firm enough to BBQ so I sautéed in a pan w some garlic olive oil, about 4 min each side. Success ! Very very tasty.

Fired up the grill, got some good tartar sauce and sliced a little red onion. Warmed a good soft roll and dove in!
