A delicious 50/50 blend of wild Coho and Sockeye salmon, lightly ground and perfect for burgers, meatballs, and stir-fry. This quick thawing blend is the perfect foundation for simple, wholesome meals.
Thawing Instructions: It is best to thaw our Wild Salmon Burger Blend slowly under refrigeration. Thaw just what you plan on eating. Cut the corner of the bag and place in a bowl inside your refrigerator. Allow the fillets to thaw for 2 to 6 hours. Cook within 24 hours of thawing.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our maximum transit time is two days and ground shipping takes one day in most of California. Check out our shipping map for ground transit times. You may upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional charge.

Just purchased our second 5 lb. batch of the salmon burger mix. Add a couple eggs and some bread crumbs, and sautee up these yummy patties. Great on a soft roll with a thin slice of havarti and some red onion, a little tartar sauce. A wonderful, light meal!

We made the patties adding s and p, some fresh basil, a bit of onion ,an egg and some Cholula. They were not firm enough to BBQ so I sautéed in a pan w some garlic olive oil,about 4 min each side. Success ! Very very tasty.

Fired up the grill, got some good tartar sauce and sliced a little red onion. Warmed a good soft roll and dove in!
