Hot Smoked Wild Albacore Tuna - 8 ounces

Product Description

Wild Oregon Albacore tuna brined for 24 hours and smoked for two days. Angelo's Meats and Sausage in Petaluma makes this flaky albacore tuna for us using salt and smoke. Angelo is a smokehouse master and has agreed to make small weekly batches for us so that our albacore is always fresh from the smokehouse.

This is a hot smoked fillet, so it will not be sliceable but will flake beautifully. This will make the best tuna sandwich you've ever had. Your smoked albacore will arrive frozen in an 8 ounce package. Thaw only what you need under refrigeration. 

Our maximum transit time is two days and ground shipping takes one day in most of California. Check out our shipping map for ground transit times. You may upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional charge.
