Shipping & Returns
We ship out orders Monday through Thursday. Our products are highly perishable, so the longest transit time we allow is two days. Your shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and you may select the rate that works for you. We do not mark up our shipping rates, so what you see is a direct quote from Fedex. If ground shipping is displayed as an option, your order will arrive in 1 or 2 days. See the map below for ground shipping times from our plant in Santa Rosa, CA.
As soon as your order arrives, open up the cooler and place the seafood in your refrigerator or freezer. We guarantee that our products will arrive cold, but are not responsible product that has not been immediately opened upon arrival. Your seafood will arrive in a styrofoam cooler with gel ice packs for fresh product and dry ice for frozen product. Keep in mind that all dry ice may have evaporated in transit, this is normal and will not compromise the freshness of your order. It is also normal for frozen portions to have softened slightly, please place them immediately into your freezer. This slight thawing will not diminish the quality of our product.
We want you to love your fish! If you don't, get in touch. We will not ask for product to be shipped back to us, but we might request photos for internal quality control purposes.
Please keep in mind:
- We require that you request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Shipping charges are refundable ONLY if products were delivered late or damaged in transit.
- We will ship your replacement on our next available shipping date. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will ship out sooner if at all possible.
- Refunds take 5 business days to process.
